SILVER SOLDER Ag/Cu/Zn/Sn

Cadmium-free alloys are widely used for maintenance of hospital networks, the Food Industry and in the Dental segment where the temperature is normally lower than the base metal.

Cadmium-free alloys present characteristics of high fluidity and low working temperatures, accompanied by excellent mechanical resistance; Cadmium-free alloys are recommended for being free of the element that is harmful to health.

In the Manufacturing, Industrial or Dental segment, Cadmium is highly harmful, especially where in its final process, it prohibits contact with human beings, thus avoiding any type of contamination or damage to health.

INFORMATION: BR-SILVER TECH 26 Sn is often used for brazing Steel, Copper and Brass. The low silver content makes this alloy economically suitable for applications where lower ductility is acceptable.

INFORMATION: BR-SILVER TECH 30 Sn has good wettability and fluidity characteristics and a higher brazing temperature than those of popular quaternary cadmium alloys. Due to its good brazing properties and economy, it finds several new applications.

INFORMATION: BR-SILVER TECH 34 Sn is an alloy used in brazing ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It has a moderate brazing temperature used in various applications in the production of brazed items.

INFORMATION: BR-SILVER TECH 38 Sn is an alloy that presents high fluidity and has replaced the quaternary alloys with high fluidity Cadmium due to restrictions on the use of alloys containing this element.

INFORMATION: BR-SILVER TECH 40 Sn has a brazing temperature with a narrower melting range than other Cadmium-free alloys with similar Silver content. It presents high fluidity at brazing temperature.

INFORMATION: BR-SILVER TECH 45 Sn is a low brazing temperature alloy suitable for joining ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Due to its low brazing temperature, it successfully replaced quaternary alloys with Cadmium.

INFORMATION: BR-SILVER TECH 55 Sn has a low brazing temperature with good wettability and fluidity properties. Mainly used in the food processing equipment industry due to its color similar to stainless steel and its resistance to corrosion.

INFORMATION: BR-SILVER TECH 60 Sn has similar applications to BR-SILVER TECH 72 and the presence of Tin helps with the wetting properties of stainless steels, Nickel alloys and Carbon Steels.

INFORMATION: BR-SILVER TECH 56 Sn has a low brazing temperature with good wettability and fluidity characteristics. It is typically used in food processing equipment and has a color very similar to stainless steel and corrosion resistance.
